1. Who you are dealing with

Clean Origins LLC (“Clean Origins”, “we”, “us”) sells the products described on this site and at shop.clean-origins.com. Our business address is 1500 N Grant St, Ste D, Denver, CO 80203, United States. You can reach a person at colton@clean-origins.com.

By buying from us, subscribing, reserving a pre-order, or opting in to our emails or texts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or buy the product.

You need to be at least 18 to buy from us or to join our lists.

2. What the product is, and what it is not

Clean Origins Electrolytes + Creatine is a dietary supplement. It is food, not medicine, and we are careful about the difference.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication, or planning any medical procedure, speak to your physician before using it. Do not use this product if you are under 18. Stop using it and speak to a physician if you have any adverse reaction.

It is manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, wheat, soybeans, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and sesame.

We say on every page that this is not built for daily use. That is a genuine product position rather than a marketing line, and we would rather you took it at face value.

3. Orders and prices

A single box of 20 stick packs is $89. On a subscription it is $69 per box. Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies.

The subscription price is lower because a one time order has to carry the entire cost of finding you and a subscription spreads it. We do not run discounts, sales or promotional codes, so the price you see is the price.

We may correct obvious pricing errors and may decline or cancel an order, including after it is placed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. This is the section worth reading twice, so it is written plainly.

• You choose the interval at checkout. We offer monthly and every other month.
• You are charged $69 per box, plus tax where it applies, once per interval, using the payment method you gave us.
• It continues at that price and interval, with no end date, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time, from the subscription management link in any order confirmation or renewal email, or by emailing colton@clean-origins.com and asking. We will not make you call anyone, sit through an offer, or explain yourself.
• Cancelling stops future charges. It does not retroactively cancel a box that has already been charged and shipped, though the guarantee in section 7 still applies to that box.
• You can pause, skip a shipment, or change your interval or address from the same management link.

If your card is declined we may retry it. If we cannot collect after a reasonable number of attempts, we may pause or cancel the subscription.

5. The founding price lock

We tell early subscribers that their price stays where it is even after ours goes up. That is a real commitment and this is what it means concretely.

We will not raise the price of an existing subscription. We expect to raise the price for new subscribers over time. When we do, subscriptions already running stay at the price they started at, for as long as they stay active.

The honest limits on that promise: it applies while your subscription remains continuously active, so if you cancel and later resubscribe, you come back at the price being offered then. It does not cover taxes or shipping charges set by anyone other than us. And if we ever had to change this, we would tell you before it affected you, not after.

6. Pre-orders, and when your card is actually charged

The first production run is finite and we sell part of it before it arrives. If you reserve one:

• Nothing is charged when you reserve. The reservation is $0.
• Your card is charged when the first run ships, at the subscription price of $69, and the subscription then runs on the interval you chose.
• We will tell you the shipping window before you reserve and we will email you before the first charge.

If we cannot ship within the window we stated, we will contact you, tell you the new date, and give you a straightforward choice: agree to the delay, or cancel. If you cancel, you are charged nothing, and if you have somehow already been charged, you are refunded in full. You never have to chase us for that.

7. The 30 day guarantee

30 day risk free guarantee. You do not like it? Ask for it to be refunded within 30 days and we will give your money back. Keep the product.

We mean the keep the product part. Shipping back a part used tub of powder costs more than the refund is worth and creates friction instead of refunded customers, so we do not ask for it. Email colton@clean-origins.com within 30 days of your order and ask. That is the whole process.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, tell us and we will replace or refund it.

8. Text messages

These are the terms of our SMS program. They apply if you give us your mobile number and opt in.

• Program. Clean Origins sends recurring automated marketing text messages, including product news, restock and launch alerts, and offers.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to join to buy anything from us.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or email colton@clean-origins.com.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorised user of the number you give us.
• Your data. How we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.

9. Email

If you give us your email address we will send you what you signed up for, and marketing email as well. Every message has an unsubscribe link that works, and unsubscribing from marketing does not stop the transactional messages you need, like order confirmations and renewal notices.

10. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on subscriptions. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and once a carrier has the parcel its timing is not something we control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

You are responsible for giving us a correct address. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange resending it.

11. Using this site

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it to do anything unlawful. We may suspend access if you do.

If you create an account, you are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your credentials to yourself.

12. Our content

The text, photography, film, formula documentation, brand names and design on this site belong to us, and you may not reproduce them commercially without permission. Reading, quoting, and linking to them is fine and welcome.

If you send us a review, photo, or comment, you let us use it in marketing with attribution to the name you gave us. Tell us if you would rather we did not and we will not.

13. Disclaimers and limits

The site and the product are provided as they are. Beyond the guarantee in section 7 and any warranty that cannot legally be excluded, we do not make other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected to the product, the site, or these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

None of this limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and we each consent to those courts.

Before that, please just email us. Almost everything anyone has ever been unhappy about is faster to fix directly, and we would rather fix it.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we change something that materially affects you, such as subscription pricing terms, the guarantee, or the SMS program, we will post the updated page with a new effective date and email active subscribers. Continuing to use the site or your subscription after that means you accept the change.
